Shipment processing time
As every product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Please allow 1-7 business days for items to be prepared for shipping. If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately. Shipping time for print-on-demand products when the warehouse is located in the US or EU is usually between 7- 14 days. If a product comes from overseas, it takes between 10-30 days.
We are committed to your satisfaction and are always happy to help if you have any problems with your order.
The items in our shop are shipped from different locations. When you order various items across different product collections, these might arrive in separate packages.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the items you ordered.
Specific shipping rates based on your address and location are available during checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you selected "recorded" or "courier" shipping at the checkout you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please also get in touch with me at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can assess the damage and hopefully get a new product shipped your way.
Depending on your country, you may be responsible for paying some kind of import tax, duty, handling fee etc. Please google your country's policy if you are concerned about unexpected fees
Every item is only produced upon request and therefore we don't keep any stock, which makes returns and exchanges for us more complicated. For clothing carefully go through the size tables provided to avoid ordering a wrong size. Also think twice about your purchase so you avoid changing your mind later :)
However, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
